The Board of Directors meets the third Thursday of November to review all applications and make selections for new program participants.

The Executive Directors of the Chief Justice's Equal Access to Justice Commission and IOLTA attend the NC LEAF Board meetings.

NC LEAF serves as the administrator for the Legal Aid of North Carolina loan repayment assistance program.
